As states in club rules:
The Committee must nominate a sufficient number of members to form the next Committee, and a list of the names of those who are proposed must be posted on the Club's website (Members Only Section) fourteen days before the Annual General Meeting.
Any member may propose any other candidate or candidates, by notice in writing to the Honorary Secretary, seven days at least before the Annual General Meeting, and the Honorary Secretary must immediately post the proposals on the Club's website.(Members Only Section)
